Processing time is up to 2 business days, but may be subject to increase if we receive a high demand for products. This increase in processing time can be extended up to 6 business days without prior notice.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 5 to 7 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 20 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas. Shipping times described above correspond to Standard Shipping. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. If you chose the Premium Shipping at the time of purchase, but it is not available at the time of sending your item, it will be sent with Standard Shipping without prior notice. About tracking your package
Please note that the tracking number may take 2-3 business days days to display your order information, this is the estimated time indicated by the Shipping Company.
We remind you that if the information of the tracking number does not appear in 2-3 business days, it is due to the delay of the shipping company, and not by us. In most cases in which no information is shown in the tracking number within the 2-3 business day period, it usually only takes approximately a couple of more business days for it to display the information. When you receive a tracking number it is because the item has already been sent to your address and your package is already in the hands of the respective shipping company. This notice is to avoid a high number of emails asking why no information appears as soon as they receive this email confirmation of shipment, please be patient and we apologize for any inconvenience.
We have improved waiting times for the tracking number to show information: We have reduced it to an estimated time of 2-3 business days (compared to before the estimated wait was 3-6 business days). Estimated times are provided by the Shipping Company. Please note that this improvement will only apply to orders shipped as of Tuesday, October 22, 2019. If your order has been sent from this day but does not show information in the "new" estimated time, it means that for your order to show information you must wait 3-6 business days, this estimated time is provided by the Shipping Company.
